Friday Dinners & Bathroom Towels

Reporting on church--I only cried a little:) Tears were close all day, but I only let a few fall. And the last hour of church I ended up in the Nursery, because although we have 3 people called to serve in there, not a single one showed up. Not one! Wow.....So I got to sit on the floor and drive cars and read books for the last hour of church:)

If you read this often, you will remember that I wrote my boys names on one towel each---and it's working great! Also, we decided that Friday night would be their night to cook. That's working awesome! This past Friday was Ryan's night. He wanted Stromboli. I had no idea what that was. I thought maybe it was a pasta dish. Nope. It's this.......

Two huge wrapped up pizzas--because that's what Stromboli is.

I thought he (with my help) made WAY too much.

Well......

Not really---this was before they were done eating too.

There wasn't one single bite left.

They did have 2 friends over to help eat it, but really?! They ate like ten times more than me--more than Matt even! I mean, yes it was yummy. But--WOW! What am I going to do when they get even bigger? I will be cooking all day just to keep them full.

Good thing I'm trying to teach them to cook now so they can help out.

Jason & David made brownies for me while I was helping Ryan with some after church stuff for an hour. :)

Have a happy day!

And, if you live close enough, come on over for some great brownies:)

I would invite those of you who don't live close enough to come also, but there won't be any left.
