Special visitors...

We had some very, very special visitors come to our house today.
They were here when we got home from church.
My kids couldn't wait to jump out of the car into their arms:)
And they were all so relieved that Grandpa looked so healthy.
So was I.
I just LOVE my Mom and Dad!
Kevin having a blast with a toy passed down from his cousin, Xander
Grandma and Grandpa Swain playing Blockus with David and Jared
Ryan and Kevin are also in the picture :)
David, Jason & Grandpa
Santa didn't bring Jason the best thing this year.
He thought it was the best thing for him.
But we learned that it didn't compare to one of the remote control cars his big brother got.
Jason was a great sport about it, and didn't even talk to us about it at all--we just figured it out and talked to him about it. It is an amazing toy. Snap Circuits--building all kinds of electrical things. It's exactly what Jason loves to do--build all kinds of things. But no one ever begs to play with it--except for occasionally Mom and Dad. So, when Grandpa couldn't stop playing with it and explaining how it all worked in electrical terms, it made everything perfect. :):):)
Now it's one of the best toys ever----of course.
Jason is taking it to Vernal with us next time we go so he and Grandpa can have some more time building things with it.
Grandma and Jared in front of the warm fire playing Blockus.
We were sad that they only got to be here for a few hours.
We would have liked them to stay for days and days.
They came on there way home from Aunt Tammy's in AZ.
Grandpa was spending the week there learning all he could about solar power and Grandma got to play with the grand kids there. It was a good break for them to be in the warm sun, and get to see Tammy and her family. Grandpa is recovering from his radiation treatments and we all feel positive and happy about it all. We won't know the full results for 3 months, but we feel peace.
