A rose for Matt

Matt planted some new flowers.

He changed the look of the entire front of the house.

When we were buying the flowers, he kept going back to the roses.

I didn't have any interest in them.

Didn't want to have a thing to do with them.

I like roses, not my favorite, but I do like them.

I do not however like the thorns.

(Picky, I know)

Matt loves them though--so we got one rose bush.

The first rose popped out a few days ago.

There are several more ready to open up.

Love it!

I think I should listen to my husband more often:)
