I caught it :)

Sorry, you are going to have to turn your head sideways for this one.......
Look close and you will see light towers, fake rocks, temporary fences, and lots of other Pageant scenery. All of this is put up by volunteers. If I remember the timing right, it is less than 8 hours time from start to finish.
Last night, as i was at pageant practice, I started to look around at everyone there. There were newborn babies, 90 year olds, and every age in between. Tons and tons of teenagers also. Everyone one of them giving of their time. Giving their entire month of June for this.
For the Mormon Miracle Pageant.
It struck me as to how amazing that is.
There aren't many places you can get so many people--over 500 in just the cast, that doesn't count all the behind the scenes people, who give way more time and number in the 100's--so many people to freely give their time. Most are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints, but some are not. Either way, so see so many people, so many youth, doing something so amazing was really neat.
So I have finally caught it.
I caught the spirit of pageant:)
It took me a while.
I usually catch it in January and start spreading the news trying to get people to come and see it. I offer my home as a place to stay for free. I offer to have kids come and live with me so they can have the opportunity to participate in this wonderful event. I give of my time freely and willingly, loving every minute of it--well, almost every minute.
So, I still have nights available---come and see it for yourself.
You won't be disappointed.
