A snow storm....

I very much wanted summer to be here yesterday.

Green grass, flowers, not necessarily the garden weeding part though, but corn on the cob would be nice:)

So I made Matt's grilled chicken salad for dinner.

He created the meal one year for me on Mother's Day.

Now it's one of our favorites.

I got the BBQ grill going and stood outside where it was actually feeling a little warm.

I was thinking how wonderful it was to be outside cooking and what a perfect meal for a warm Spring like day.

This picture was taken less then as hour later......

Jason getting firewood while the snow was starting to come down pretty fast.

So we ate a Summer dinner with the blizzard blowing outside.

Lovely.

On the bright side, all the snow that fell yesterday has melted away and there's tons of puddles outside for Kevin to jump in:)

Mud everywhere.

That means Spring is just around the corner:)
