Another day......for Sam:)

I have had a lot on my mind lately.

A lot. :)

I have a dear friend who has been through a lot lately also.

She's been feeling a lot on her shoulders.

She needed some help to lift the weight a little.

So, Erin, Nadia, Becky, and I all went to Alisha's today.

With our kids in tow of course.

Nadia is pregnant with her first--8 months:)--and this was her first time to do something with us. I met her at my knitting classes. She just moved to Manti, in January. Bad time to move here--it's way too cold to get out and meet people. So I called her and had her come along for the fun. And yes, she had a great time--at least she said she did and looked like she did too.

Anyway, Alisha needs change in her house right now. Her family is all coming to visit in June and she wants it to feel clean and different. She has 7 kids:).

Problem--she knew she wanted to paint but had no idea what color.

So, we went to the paint store without her--her idea, not mine--and bought some paint.

Yes--she is very brave! I would never do that...

Here I am in my awesome paint clothes getting the hard to reach spots.

Alisha was afraid I was going to fall, so she's holding onto my back pockets:)

And the last night of my knitting class was yesterday.

Yes, I actually made that mitten!--and another one just like it:)

No, I won't ever wear them--except for in this picture.

Anyone want them?

A little side note:

I was thinking about so many things and so confused last night on the way to my knitting class that it took me almost 10 min. to find the house where the class is! I know, I've been there 2 other times, and Ephraim is tiny! I drove down every side street close to the college and even called a friend for help before I finally found it. I couldn't believe it! Crazy days. I'm having a hard time thinking straight........
