Learning how to make yarn from wool

A wagon ride in Old Nauvoo

We went for a wagon ride, a carriage ride, and an ox ride. We learned how uppercase and lowercase letters got their name, how to make rope from a plant, how buckets are made tight, the art of shoe making, tasted yummy cookies and bread baked in bussel ovens, watched bricks being made, and saw original browning guns. We saw how horseshoes are made, and candles, and wagons, and carts. We learned about herbs, and old time dentists, and the list goes on and on. All in just 3 days. Imagine what we could have learned if we had more time.
