Health Update....

I realized the other day that I have never updated my health on this blog of mine.

So here goes, as best I can:)

I've been to tons of doctors, all kinds of specialists and had all kinds of weird funny tests done.
Nothing has been found.
I am in great health :) so they say.
My heart is amazing.
My lungs seem to be functioning.
My brain is intact :)----I'm only saying what the doctors told me :)
No auto immune disease.
I'm fine to exercise all I want.
etc. etc. etc.

So, how am I really doing?

Most days just fine.
Mentally it's hard sometimes to just push through and not lay in bed and relax, but hey, let's be honest here, that would be the case even if I didn't have something unexplainable going on.
My chest has a pain in it, unexplainable.
Sometimes it's a "don't touch me there kind of pain"
And other times it's just a pain like a bruise.
Every once in a while I can even forget all about it.
My breathing is there.
I can breath!
Sometimes it just takes me a while to breath in deep, but I don't even really notice it anymore--so it's no big deal at all.
I exercise every morning Mon-Fri without fail.
Usually I go 3 miles on the treadmill and then do some sit ups, leg lifts, and modified push-ups (because I hate those things and have never been any good at them anyway).
I have been able to finally loose a little weight, and it's still coming off, sure but sure.

Most days I feel in control.....today is one of those.
It's a mind of body thing, and it's working.
All doctors have told me I'm just going to have to learn to live with it.
And that's fine, because I have come to one conclusion.

The Lord is my doctor now.
And I trust Him more than any other person ever!


On another note......Matt, David and I all spoke in church yesterday.
Glad that's over :)
My boys did a great job!---David on last minute notice no less :)
My ward got an ear full of Christensen's :)
