Matt got his tractor back the end of last week.
His has been having some work done on it all winter.
He was soooooooo happy to get it back.
So was our garden, it really needed to be tilled.
But I think Kevin and his friends were the happiest ones of all.
They got a ride!......

They kept on asking Matt to lift them over and over again.
So cute!!!
Jason has been working hard in scouts.
It payed off too. :)
He earned his Arrow of Light.
He loved the face painting more than anything else....cute boy of mine :)
And here Kevin is constructing my b-day gift.....
He spent so much time hammering nails into the log, pulling them out, and hammering them in again. He loved when i just sat on the deck swing and watched him, praising him for the good work he was doing the entire time.
He would come and get me and tell me he needed help.
But then he wouldn't let me touch a thing.
The help he needed was just having me sit there, watching his every move, and telling him what a great builder he was. Letting him know just how amazing he was.
Isn't that how we all work though?
Praise the little good you see and it's so much easier to keep pushing through all the hard times.
Oh the lessons I learn from my boys.......I LOVE them!!!!
