This is my hot hubby spraying the texture on the walls in our new extended bedroom.....it's almost finished! :)
He's so cute!!!!!
What a lucky girl I am :)!
This picture is a few months old by the way.
The other day I was dropping Jared off at school.
He's my only one in elementary this year....so crazy.
As I watched my precious little boy walk across the grass into the unknown crazy world of school I prayed for him to be kept safe.
I prayed he would remember everything we have tried to teach him.
I prayed he would be strong and listen to the little promptings from the spirit.
I prayed I had done all I could as his mother to teach him all he needed to know to survive in this great big world.
Then my thoughts turned to my other sons.
Kev is still with me all day, so I don't have to worry too much for him.
But I pray for the others daily in the same way.
Jason & David are both in middle school.
I pray so hard for each of them and look forward to their return each day.
Ryan is in high school.
Crazy I know.
He's playing on the football team.
Yesterday he left the house at 7:30am....normal
He didn't get home till 11:30pm
I prayed extra hard for him yesterday.
The world is here.
It's influence in pressing on my children daily.
I pray that each day as I am home I will be able to make my home a place of refuge from the storm.
That no matter what my boys have faced through the day they will be able to come home to peace and love.
A place they know they belong.
A safe haven.
