Last year a boy in Sanpete County got the idea to do his Eagle Scout Project with something so awesome!
He built a bunch of sheds, painted them all cool colors, and made a little mini farm walk through.
Now each year for part of the fair kids can walk through all the sheds and learn different things about animals and far work. On the way they fill their buckets with little things like chicken eggs, bacon, milk (after they milk the fake cow for it), etc. All the food is fake. Then they exchange all the food for a fake dollar. Then they get to trade that fake dollar for some real food--yogurt, cheese, milk, etc.
So fun!
