It's been cold outside for so long now.
For at least 2 weeks I don't think the temperature has reached above freezing!
Thankfully I have an amazing fireplace in my home and lots of wood that my sweet boys have split and stacked for me to stay warm with.
I have other heat too of course.
But there is nothing in this world as comforting as a wood burning stove to warm a person right up.
And of course I L-O-V-E the added benefit of saving tons of money keeping my house toasty warm.
I can get it as warm as I like and not have to worry about how much money I am going to have to spend.
Gotta love that!
So, I'm pretty lame with this whole blog thing.
The biggest problem I am having is that I can't figure out how to upload pictures onto it anymore.
For some reason it just doesn't work every single time I log on and try.
I have tried 6 times already with this post and it's not working.
I hate posting without something for people to look at.
It seems totally pointless to me.
Like anyone cares to read what I write.
But I have missed blogging.
And it is a record for my children.
So I will type my heart away tonight knowing that no one will ever read it for years to come, maybe never.
So much has been going on.
The holidays were tons of fun.
Having loads of snow made it so magical over Christmas.
My boys spent their entire break outside sleigh riding and building the biggest snow fort I have ever seen.
New Years was great.
Matt and I were in charge of the Stake Family Party/Dance again this year and it was the best ever.
I really enjoyed myself and believe it or not I didn't even have that hard of a time staying up till past midnight.
Of course around 10:30 I was questioning if I could make it.
But then I hit a second wind and did just great ringing in the new year :).
Jason has had more hunting success.
A rabbit is his latest.
I'm still adjusting to it all, thinking that maybe we should just become vegetarians, but the look of joy, excitement, pride, and everything happy shining from Jason's eye's when he gets to hunt and is successful makes me so happy for him.
So I guess I'm just going to have to learn to love it for my son.
Ryan started drivers ed this morning.
Um, yeah, crazy!
Kev turned 5!!!
I think that one is even crazier!
He loves that he is 5 now.
I love that he still loves to kiss me at least 5 times before he lets me go anywhere. :)
I love my boys!
I love my Matt! (and miss him so much right now as he is gone for work)
I love my life and all the things I get to learn!
I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and my knowledge that families are forever!!!
Good Night :)
