The mighty hunters!

We knew we left the ridge beam hanging out for a reason. We were going to put a tire swing on it, but this worked so much better. If anyone is wondering why the land next to us hasn't sold yet, this picture might clue you in as to why. :) We have to skin the deer somewhere!

The day after we were finished with the apples Matt, Ryan, David, & Jason woke up early and set out to start the hunt. It was opening day. Well they had their deer first thing in the morning. That afternoon we were using the garage to cut the deer up. I was wondering why we took so much time to clean it out the night before. My grandma came the next week and taught me how to bottle the deer meat, and it tastes great! Thanks Gram!!
