It's Pageant Time!!!!
And you can feel it all over town :)
Ryan is in this mix of kids/adults moving the "rock" into place on Temple hill.
We've been living at practices and the Temple hill setting everything up. And on top of it all 5 of the 7 of us have allergies like no other.....it's horrible! So I feel tired all of the time, and so does everyone except Matt & Jared.....only it's really only Jared because Matt is working so much that he never gets any sleep either.........looking forward to vacation :)
Meagan came to Snow College for a basketball camp this past weekend, so we went and stole her for a few hours and brought her home. I think she is for sure one of my very favorite girls ever! I seriously can't spend enough time with her. She is so full of happiness that she makes everyone around her happy too. Love her :)
Kevin is keeping me on m toes still, as always. In the picture above he is sleeping on the pillow I made for Meg (Thanks Juan for the fabric :)), but that's just because he ran non-stop all day.
Tuesday I put some training wheels back on his bike. He had no desire to learn, and I was too tired to teach. So on they went. Well, Thursday he went missing for 25 min. Found him at the Temple riding down the hill.....for those of you who have been here, you know that's no small hill!
Then again on Sat morning when the boys were all finished setting up scenery I found Kev just as he was starting his bike down from the top of the hill. YIKES! I couldn't watch. I was so sure he was going to die. Ryan was my hero and ran to him, making sure no cars were coming. Luckily there weren't any cars, just 4 busses full of people just getting off and going up the Temple hill. They all started at him, screaming with joy going an unheard of speed down a hill with training wheels on his bike. And miracle of all miracles, he didn't wreck at all, he even stopped the bike right before going out in the road, and he wasn't the least bit fazed by it all.
Ry took his bike and put it in the back of the van for me. I didn't let him on it again for the rest of the day.....and he let me know in no uncertain terms that I was NOT NICE AT ALL.
I love that boy!
