I spent a lot of February sewing.
It was fun, stressful, educating, ......
I told you a little already, but here's the final update on it all :)
Erin's mom--soon to be Sister Brockbank--when I finally had the top fixed to fit.
It was a VERY happy moment!

And the finished product.
I should have had someone put it on so you could see it better.
But hey, you could always go to Nauvoo and see her in it this summer! :)
I also altered a prom dress for a girl going to Jr Prom.
I had Becky come over to be my model during the day so I could figure out how on earth to make a dress modest that was obviously meant to show way too much cleavage.
Doesn't she look great :)
I was pretty happy with how it all turned out, although I would have liked it to be just a bit more modest. The sleeves looked so good I couldn't believe I had actually made them.
And then I didn't even take a picture.....crazy!
That's what I've been doing.
Well that and everything else I usually do.
I had a scare last Friday at about 4:30pm when Jason came in from hunting with a cut open finger from a squirrel biting him.
No I am not kidding......more on that later.....after I'm not so worried about it anymore.
