Umm, yeah, it's a lot.....over 200 bottles used yesterday.
Crazy, Busy, fun day.
I LOVE seeing food preserved.
I really think I am addicted to it.
Even this morning as I am exhausted from it all (Tuesday I also made sweet & sour sauce and some tomato soup...LOTS of it also:)) I walked into my sewing room, saw a few empty jars and thought.....oh no, I've got to get those filled with food.

Next week......canned pumpkin:)
Maybe some tomato soup.
And maybe some apple pie filling.
